Fargo, N.D. (Valley News Live) Students may not be getting college credits for it, but they are learning a lot about healthy eating at NDSU.

Dining Services staff say small changes can make a big difference when it comes to your diet.

During the month of January, they are helping students, staff and faculty make healthy decisions.

They are teaching students how you can make healthy swaps in your everyday recipes.

Healthy Swaps:

1. Zoodles vs. Noodles, with ground turkey marinara vs. ground beef
marinara

2. Greek Yogurt vs. Sour Cream, for toppings and dips

3. Cajon Chicken vs. Cream-of-Chicken

4. Quinoa vs. Rice

5. Dijon Vinaigrette vs. Creamy store bought salad dressings
